The logical choice is "auto under 6000 lbs" unless it's a really big and heavy motorcycle that weighs more than that. But then if it did, it would have more than 2 wheels most likely.
I usually depreciate the motorcycle as an "asset" and enter the other expenses as an "other" expense.
Please note that you can NOT use the Standard Mileage Rate for a motorcycle.
