Business and Income expenses

Hello. The TurboTax software is asking me, " Did you have any income and expenses for a Business in 2020?" What I would like to know is, does my work with Doordash fall under this topic or question?  Do I report my expense for fuel under the Business and Income expenses section or wait and report it under "Deductions and Credit"?

Yes that is business.  Enter it on schedule C under the Business tab.
