Adding a Business Name to Form 1040 If Not Incorporated?

When I was filing my taxes, I added the name of the business I was a contractor for to my Form 1040 Schedule C in field C. However, the EIN number in field D is still blank. I got confused and thought the form was asking for the name of the business I worked as a contractor for rather than the name of my personal business. Is this something I need to amend or is it a negligible mistake? Thanks in advance.

You aren't the first person to do this. Since no dollar amount is involved, you are probably safe. If you get a notice, you can explain your mistake.
