Hi, AliciaP1. Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, checking NO doesn't seem to help. When I check NO, it asks me to input shareholder information again. It doesn't ask me to verify what it brought over from last year's filing. After I put the 1st shareholder info in and click to add the 2nd, it will tell me that I've changed shareholders. Then, it asks me to identify the date it changed.
I may need to delete this return and start all over again.
Unfortunately, I think that will be your best option because I did not experience that issue in the token file. Before you start a new return again, do another Check for Updates just to be absolutely sure your software is up to date. To do this in TurboTax Business click on Online in the black menu bar at the top and Check for Updates.

Other users have reported that their only solution, after sending a token, contacting Support, etc., was to start a new return from scratch.
If you are absolutely certain that your prior year return contains no errors, then you might as well do the same.
Frankly, in the other threads with which I have been involved, Support was not able to provide a resolution.
I decided to start a new return. We'll see what develops next year on this issue.

Good decision. Hopefully, the issue will be isolated and rectified.
Regartdless, make sure your 2022 return is absolutely error-free. Good luck!
Not sure how I missed this. I just opened last year's return and both shareholders are checked as final year as holding shares. Not sure how that happened. However, I can't change it.
How do I fix it?

Unchecked those boxes (however you can do so) and then save the file. If you cannot change it in the interview section, enter Forms Mode and change it there, even if it requires a hard override.
Thereafter, transfer that saved file into your 2022 return.
No luck. It won't let me change it. Override function is grayed out. Can't use it.
