What does it mean when efiled forms for employee stays in efile submitted for a week or more not getting accepted or rejected

That is normal for Quick Employer Forms.   The form status will change from "E-File Processing" to either "E-File Accepted" or "E-File Rejected" once the form is processed. The status change can take 2 to 4 weeks.     See QEF Help

    I think it should be accepted or rejected within a day or two, 2 - 4 weeks is about a month thats really long
