Problem with form 8880?

on form 8880 it shows that i put $41,436.00 into my 401k when i really put $414.36 into my 401k,some how the decimal point got lost,i called my 401k provider and he stated that only $414.36 was sent in to the government,could this be a software problem? i do not want problem with the IRS.

I don't believe this is a software problem.  TurboTax will take the information you entered from your employer's Form W-2 to complete Form 8880.  Check Box 12, Code D, which displays amounts you contributed to your employer's retirement plan.  If this number does not reflect your actual contribution, then contact your employer's payroll department and request a Corrected W-2.
