PA Tax Retuen - How do you stop software updates from deleting responses to retirment plan questions on PA tax return

Every time there is a software update, which happens all to frequently, my responses to questions about my retirement plans on my PA state tax return keep getting deleted. I therefore need to go back and answer them again and again and again. How do I stop the software updates from deleting my answers.
