Schedule K-1 which turbotax do I use? I purchased Home & Business but I am not seeing an option to enter partnership income.

If I need to upgrade to Premier, can I get refunded for mistakenly purchasing Home and Business?

Home & Business is the highest version. It is the same as Premier but with more help for schedule C income. You can use it for all personal tax returns.

To enter a Schedule K-1

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Business Items (Business Investment and Estate/Trust Income using Home and Business)
On Schedule K-1, click on the start or update button

Or enter k-1 in the Search/Find box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to k-1

NOTE: @terhoads1 Using the Desktop program (note this is relevant to Desktop program only), all versions - Basic through Home&Business, support the taxpayer entry of information from a Schedule K-1 received showing income and allocated expense allocated to the taxpayer.
