I have a LLC taxed as a C-corp. Every month we pay rent for office space. Do we need to issue any forms eg 1099-MISC to the person we are paying our rent to ??

In general, you are not required to send Form 1099-MISC to a real estate agent or property manager. Rent paid directly to the owner should be reported on Form 1099-MISC, Box 1. You can file this using Quick Employer Forms, which is available directly from TurboTax Business and TurboTax Home and Business (CD).
