K1 trust or estate

On form 1041I have the estate's name, but no address, Part 1-B.  Part 1-C contains the fiduciary's name and address.  What address do I use for the estate name?  I also have a PA NRK-1 which uses the fiduciary's address under the estate name.

Use the name of the estate and the address of the fiduciary as both appear on your K-1.
