How do I override it since I don't have to file the Form 1116?

If you have not filed, you can simply remove the form from the program.

In TurboTax online edition,

Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
On your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu
Select Tools
Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
Select Delete next to Form 1116 and Continue with My Return to proceed
