I unchecked the direct email box and now it is permanently grayed out. Anyone else having this issue? This account was for a minor and I didn't want his email bombarded..

Turbotax help was unable to help. Did anyone else have this issue and get a resolution?

I would close the TurboTax program, clear the cache and cookies, and then restart the program and see if you have the option to alter your choice.
