I paid for nursing care for my mother through an LLC checking account. Two of the providers were paid over $600 in 2018. Do I need to file 10099s?

The sole-member LLC checking account used to pay for nursing care is not otherwise in the nursing care business.

No, You only have to report payments on Form 1099-MISC when payments are made in the course of your trade or business. Since these payments are personal in nature, you do not have to report them on form 1099.
