I have a problem
i have a amended 2016 tax return that cannot be summited on line cannot print and will be out of town the 18th witch is the last day to mail it in can i save it for next year
You have 3 years from the date the original return was due. If you are amending a 2016 return (due in 2017) you have until 2020.
Hopefully, you will be back in a place where this is available to you.
Amended returns cannot be filed electronically anywhere. They must be mailed.
