I am working for a employer outside USA. No emplyer ID. How could i continue without the ID?

It will depend on whether you are considered an employee or an independent contractor. In either case, you would not need the employer ID. 

 

If you are an independent contractor, you will report your income on Schedule C. Read more about it here. You will need a Self-Employed version of TurboTax. And under Income and Expenses, you will find Self-employment income and expenses. This is where you enter both your income and expenses related to generating this income. 

 

If you are an employee but did not receive a W-2, then you report it under Less Common Income - Miscellaneous Income - Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099.
