I am filing for an S corporation and need to know where to input owner contributions.

Contributions by a shareholder into an SCorp would either be treated as Additional Paid In Capital or as a loan from the shareholder (would need to pay interest to the owner).  Both of these would be entered on the Balance Sheet. (To be brought to the balance sheet section in TurboTax Business, select the Federal Taxes tab, then Balance Sheet tab).

Distributions to a shareholder from the SCorp will be entered under the Shareholder Information section.  (Select Business Info tab, then Shareholder Information, continue through screens until asked whether distributions were made.)
