When working through the "Health Insurance" tab entering 1095-A information, there doesn't seem to be a way to split the insurance premiums across multiple businesses.
Under the Schedule C insurance premium box, it says not to enter if entering 1095.

Basically, you can't claim subsidized health insurance as anything other than a personal expense. If you have a 1095-A then you have subsidized insurance.
Yes you can use 1095A against self employment income.
If you enter the 1095-A and select the "Self-employed and bought a Marketplace plan" box, it will automatically include those premiums in the SE Health Insurance section. So you shouldn't enter it again on schedule C.
Not sure how you split it up to 2 Sch C.
