Depends on how you set it up ... when you applied for the EIN the IRS told you which tax form you needed to file and when it was due ... look at that notice for your answer.  Once you know which tax form you need to file post back for more instructions.   If this is the first return the entity will file I highly recommend you seek local professional assistance.
