How do I attach Schedule B-1 to 1065 for domestic tax exempt organization owning more than 50% of the partnership?

I receive error on 1065 Schedule B question 3a because I select "Yes" for having a domestic tax exempt owning more than 50% of the partnership, but nowhere does it ask or allow me to attach Schedule B-1 with the details.

Click on Forms in top right corner and search for Schedule B-1 to add to the filing.
