Normally I click business "Income and Expenses" and hit update. After entering income data I'm taken to a window that has a full page of expenses by category. I'm not able to access this. How can I get to to it?

The easiest way to find the Business Expenses section in TurboTax is to use the Search box at the top right side of the TurboTax header. Enter "schedule c", hit Enter, then click on "jump to schedule c". This will take you directly to the start of this section.
Or go to My Account >> Tools >> Topic Search. Type in "schedule c", click the topic in the list, then click "GO".
(If you are using the mobile app and don't have My Account or Tools on your screen, try logging into TurboTax from a laptop or desktop browser.)
Click Edit beside the business you need to work on. Continue to the Business Summary page.
Scroll down to Business Expenses. To work through all subcategories, click "Visit All." Or choose Start/Update beside the subcategory you wish to review. The majority of expenses are found under "Other Common Business Expenses."
