This is my first year for TurboTax. I believe when setting up the company, I entered capital account information for the beginning of year incorrectly. How can I correct it without starting over?

You can be brought back to the partner capital account screens by selecting the Business Info tab at the top of the screen and then Partner/Member Information. Then select the partner that you need to edit and continue through the screens until you arrive at the Partner/Member Capital screen. See sample screenshot.
