I e-filed the 2022 federal and state return on 2/7 before the Form 568 is available and updated. Can I efile the Form 568 or need to be filed in paper? Please advise.

Yes you can e-file your Form 568 using TurboTax Home & Business but it needs to be filed with your personal tax return at the same time.  Since you already filed, you can prepare it using TurboTax then print and mail.
