form 4562

My business program says form 4562 is not available yet. I have updated my program but it is still not there. Any idea how to fix this?

it's been available for months.  you can try to uninstall the app, reboot, reinstall and then try to update. you may need the license code to reinstall successfully.

Thanks I did try that and it still didn't work ...I will need to contact support.
