Form 4562 Availability

I am trying to finish my return, but the program keeps telling me that form 4562 isn't available and should be available on 1/21/20, and to come back later. I have tried updating the program repeatedly, and the form is listed as available online. Is there any way I can force the program to load this form?

Follow directions in this link to do a manual update in your program.  Here is a summary of the link. 

If you're having trouble updating your TurboTax 2019 for Windows Individual software using the "Check for Updates" method, you can get the latest federal program update here:

1. Close TurboTax and all other programs except this browser window.

1. Click here to download the 184 MB update.

1. Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
2. Double-click the update file w_perrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.

I downloaded the home and business version to Window. I save when I was done with the Federal and work on the State later. I printed a copy and there is form 4562. However, when I am done with both Federal and State, form 4562 is not included. This is the first year I use TurboTax. My accountant always included Form 4562 in the past 8 years since I reported the rental.  Please help guide me to get the form back. Thanks

I have the Home and Business Desktop version and I now do have FORM 4562 available.

Thanks for the reply.

I clicked on the link, it only lists the forms that are available,  and doesn't provide the actual form. But then I was hoping after I input the info in TT, it will populate one, which it did at first (2 weeks ago when my federal was done). I just did another updates, then print center to view what forms included. There is still no form 4562.

We use Turbo Tax Premier for our business.  The online updates IS NOT WORKING and several forms are missing.  I have been using TTx for over 20 years and you have always put out a great product until this year.

How do we get this fixed.  I have seen a few discussions - followed the link only to have it not recognize that TTx Premier is even installed and stops.

How can I download a working version of this.

Followed this exactly and the program thinks there is no TTx Premier and stops.

Can we simply re-install and working version from Intuit with all the forms?
