Turbotax is not good at handling multi-property 1031 exchanges. my understanding is that the 8824 must be complete manually. This can only be done in forms mode with any desktop version. Each property must be set up. you also have the issue of filing 5 state returns. you'll have to do all the basis allocations manually.
however, once these are done, you got a 1099 from the DST detailing the income and expenses of each property which you enter in the separate Schedule Es. In one or more threads about Turbotax and multi- property exchanges, the advice was to use a pro but then some commented that it was hard finding a pro who understood DST reporting.

I agree with @Mike9241; not an easy task with TurboTax.
Regardless, you would absolutely want to use a desktop version of TurboTax if you wanted to make any sort of attempt to try to prepare the return on your own and e-file would not be possible.
