do I need a separate product for my state LLC vs my Sub S Corp

TurboTax Business can be used to prepare both multi-member LLC (Form 1065) and Sub S Corp (Form 1120S) forms.  You simply select to start a new return after you open the software or select the File tab at top left and then New Tax Return. 

TurboTax Business also supports many state entity forms, but some states are not supported due to low volume.  See this link for more information to see if which state returns are not supported by TurboTax.
