Hey great info here, I have a similar situation. However, this year I'm not using Ttax. What would be the actual IRS form used for closing a single member llc? Where do you actually list it as "sold or otherwise disposed of"?

I don't see those options on the 1040 Schedule C...

When you complete the Sch C interview section ... in the first section for the Business info ... you can indicate the business closed.
