You don't need to do anything else to let the IRS know you aren't renting your house out anymore. The fact that there is no rental income or expense and that it is your personal residence makes it obvious.
One thing you do need to do is to keep a record of the deprecation on the home while it was a rental. You will need that information if you sell the home in the future.
