Can we enter each category of revenue and expenses once for a portfolio of 17 properties or do we have to have individual entries for each of the 17 properties?

I would like to enter a single aggregate number for each category of revenue and expense and not 17 entries for each category of revenue and expense.   Is this allowable?

Each individual property must be entered individually on the Sch E when filing a personal income tax return.
