Can I pay sales tax for a past month?

So I have an art business and get asked to do graphic design projects quite often. I'm worried I'm going to do my sales tax wrong. I can't file until I've figured out my sales tax. I know this is more for federal but I didn't know if someone might be able to help as I really want to go ahead and file my taxes. I'm having trouble getting answers from my DOR.
