Can I deduct the cost fingerprint clearance card, as a business expense (required by law to have one) if self-employed (as Realtor)?

I am a self-employed Realtor. I must have a fingerprint clearance card. Can I deduct the cost of getting it, as a business expense?

Yes you can, because it's a requirement of employment or continued employment. Even if self-employed.
