CA review indicated line 4c on CA k-1 worksheet needs an entry but TT will not allow entry

I have done my federal and CA taxes and the CA review has indicated a problem with the K-1 worksheet. It says line 4c needs an entry but TT will not allow me to make an entry. The TT CA return displays the form but the field is white rather than yellow and I cannot enter a value into it. I am stuck. I cannot do what is being asked, and I cannot pass the review!
