CA Form 568 no instructions or autofill

I have 2022 Home & Business, and I managed to finally find form 568 after going to Forms mode.

However, even though I am successfully linking my schedule C, form 568 is completely blank. Is this expected that TurboTax doesn't fill anything out or am I doing something wrong?

Also, why doesn't Turbotax offer any meaningful instructions for filling out form 568.

The CA instructions are really lacking: https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2022/2022-568-booklet.html

Turbotax will not populate California Schedule 540 line 20 with tax preparation fees. Per the FTB's instructions for this line, these fees are deductible (on line 20)
