I have a 1099-PATR for dividends from a credit agency for a mortgage I have on a large forest. But I do not have a business and I do not have a farm (the forest is a tree farm, but for me, it is treated as an investment, not a business). Where do I report this dividend? The instructions in Turbotax for my 1099-PATR assume I have a farm or a business.

This is the problem.
It says if the 1099-PATR is for farm or co-op dividends, to enter info about your farm. I don't have a farm. Then it says If your 1099-PATR isn't for farm or co-op dividends, it gets entered as general business income. I dont have a business.
It is simply a co-op that I borrow money from and I get dividends every year from the co-op.
Enter this as if it were a 1099-DIV.
