Schedule K-1 Box 11 Code A

If the partnership held a residual interest in a real estate
mortgage investment conduit (REMIC), it’ll report on the
statement your share of REMIC taxable income (net loss)
that you report in column (d) of Schedule E (Form 1040),
line 38 - line 1b of Sch Q. The statement will also report your share of any
excess inclusion that you report in column (c) of
Schedule E (Form 1040), line 38 - line 2c of Sch Q, and your share of
section 212 expenses that you report in column (e) of
Schedule E (Form 1040), line 38.- line 3b of Sch Q

in Turbotax you need to complete the sub-schedule for 11A items 

since you have only income reported it would go on line 1 of the subschedule,

which will carry it to line 38 column d

After entering the amount on line 11a of your K-1 you should check the box for "I Have Another Description Item".  Enter "Misc. Income" as the description.  Note that below that the program says "Amounts entered here may also need to be entered elsewhere in TurboTax.".  Now you need to enter the $4 miscellaneous income in TurboTax as follows:

• Go to Wages & Income
• Locate "Less Common Income, Home sale, cancelled debt (1099-A, 1099-C") ... etc."
• Scroll down to "Other misc. income"
• Select Other "reportable income" and click on Start
• Answer Yes to "Any other taxable income?"
• Click on the blue Add button
• Enter a description and amount
