QuickZoom in desktop version isn't working

How do I get the QuickZoom feature to work? I am working on a state return and need to enter a second Schedule K-1. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the program gives me the option to QuickZoom to another copy of Schedule K 1, but when I click on the button to the right, nothing happens. HELP!!!!!

    The QuickZoom button at the top of Schedule K-1 opens a pop-up window for you to select an existing K-1 or create a new copy. Be sure you have your windows set to allow this pop-up to be viewed.

     

     

    You might try saving your return, exiting TurboTax, and restarting.

     

    If you need extra time, filing an extension by April 15, 2026, moves your submission deadline to October 15. But remember any taxes owed are still due in full by the original April 15 date.
