NC State Trust Return Capability
When will the business desktop version (or any version) be able to prepare North Carolina trust returns (NC D-407)? I would be happy with either e-file or print and mail.
No one can tell you at this point whether or not the 2026 Business product will include NC trust returns.
However, both H&R Block (Premium & Business) and TaxAct (Estates & Trusts) support NC D-407, although not necessarily e-file.
