How do I enter a Zip code from another country?

I was working for a company in the US but when I received my W2 from them, it came from Canada. I have been asked many times to put in the Zip code for this company but every time I type it in, it wont accept it.

Hello:

If you are have a W-2 from Canada, follow this steps:

1. Click Federal taxes tab (Personal depending on version)

2. Wages & Income - Wages and Salaries - W-2 - Start /Revisit

3. On the screen, Here's your W-2 info, select Edit under the employer's name.

4. Select Foreign Address under Address Type and Canada under Country.
