Error 190 after deleting state from TT Online

Hi -

Arkansas says I need to file a nonresident tax form (there's no threshold below which you don't have to file), but I only owe $1. It is absurd that Intuit wants to charge me $64 for the state tax in TurboTax online, or $45 for the desktop version.

So, I deleted the Arkansas return from TurboTax online, and tried to start TurboTax Desktop starting from the online version. But when I do this, even though I deleted the AR state and have already downloaded the state edition for the state where I live, TT Desktop is giving me Error 190 because I don't have the AR edition downloaded. How do I clear this?

Oops, wrong category.

Anyway, I found that, after deleting a state (non-resident return), I needed to proceed with the Final Review, and then TT Desktop was able to download a tax file from TT Online without the state I had deleted.
