Section 125 plan, or "cafeteria plan," is an IRS-approved, employer-sponsored program that allows employees to pay for qualified benefits (e.g., health insurance premiums, FSA) with pre-tax income.

Your employer uses box 14 to report other tax or income information for filing or informational purposes. If you have an amount in box 14, you can select OTHER as the category.
