Doing my State returns and it is asking how much 2015 Georgia tax did you pay? I did not file my taxes last year so how do i go about getting that information?

Zero.  Because you did not file a return for 2015 and assuming that is because you did not need to file a return for Georgia then you should put a zero for amount of tax paid last year.  If that doesn't work, try putting one dollar.
