Hi. I have an issue with my last employer to correct my YTD totals. It shows that I got two bonus payments which I only got one and no longer work for the company. I was told I didn’t get the bonus but it shows on my last check stub. How do I get them to correct? I have been trying to resolve this since August 20th.

You cannot use a check stub to report your wages on a tax return.  You need to use a W-2.

Did you receive a W-2 from the company for 2023?  If so, is the second bonus included in the wages reported in box 1 of the W-2?
