Same issue here, same operating system, just a system sound and no printing or saving the docs before I send to the IRS. Frustrating!
Try saving the PDF to your device. Open the document and try initiating the print from there.
Same problem here. It won't even pop up a document that could be saved. You get a text box to wait, then a popping noise, then absolutely nothing. I can't see my return at all. The problem is that the software won't open the document, not that I don't know how to save a .pdf.
@VictoriaD75
That's not an option - When you click Print Returns, there's a pop up box saying to wait 2-3 minutes, a popping noise, then absolutely nothing. No document appears at all.
There has been progress made on resolving this issue. However, the expected release date is not for another 2 weeks.

Why am I not able to Save to PDF on TurboTax Desktop MAC?
Work around since Intuit can not fix it, go to File / Preview / pick forms to print / Preview / move mouse over pop up window you will Click the square icon it will open the return in preview so you can print it.
Exact same issue here.
This results in the same result. one "blip" sound, window closes, nothing happens
