I filed almost a month ago, and haven't received my return yet. My whole family uses turbotax and they have received their returns and they filed after me

Your processing time depends on when your return was accepted and if there were any delays for any reason.  

You can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to check your return. When calling the IRS do NOT choose the automated Option 1. Choose the option that will allow you to speak with an agent.
