Can I have my refund deposited into 2 different savings account and pay the fees out my refund

Yes you can. When you get to the payment options you select "pay with a credit card" then when it asks where you want it deposit it you go to the final selection "deposit into a bond" in that window it will give you the option on the bottom to add another account
