I have efiled Fed/ State taxes. Both have been accepted by Fed/State. Does that mean that my efiled returns have been signed electronically and I am done?

Yes, you are finished unless you need to make a payment.  If you need to make a payment, you only need to mail in the payment with the payment voucher.
