Yes. The IRS did not start accepting returns until the 28th, so that is normal .

If you filed your return with Turbo Tax say 2/1 at 2:00 pm, the return might not have been transmitted to the IRS till 2/4 around 4:00. It depends on when the IRS and your state pulls the returns from Turbo Tax. If the transmission date after the date you filed?
