Wrong amended return

I have to refile 2016 Turbo Tax filing. I have additional loss to report that will lower my tax liability.

Is there a way to use Tubo Tax to do that with the 1040x

I think I would have to do the return over with all the info and then download 1040x and enter the amounts.
