What are you trying to enter?    There is no tab called the input return tab.

I'm going to e-file, and I want to attach 3 PDF files. I googled it, and I got instructions from the site below:

Maybe you would know another way to "attach PDF files"?

No---you cannot attach pdf files to a tax return you are e-fling using TurboTax.  If the IRS wants additional information that is not included with your tax return, they will request it by sending you a letter.

You were getting that information from a site for paid tax preparers who are using professional tax software.  You are using the do-it-yourself tax software if you are using TurboTax.
