So I'm trying to file my son's taxes, this is the 3rd time I've done them, its a simple free return. This year it is giving me an error on his KY state return, saying there is no SSN for dependent child care provider!?! What, he doesn't even have any dependents. So I do the live chat deal, I get connected to a "specialist", then an "expert" all to find out its a problem with KY and I have to wait until it's resolved to file his returns....OR I can print his KY state & mail it, which I might do because he owes them anyway.

@nortonkdwow that is ridiculous. There’s always something each state has up their sleeve to stall paying us back!! They sure do take the $ real quick though!

It finally updated so I can see my transcript now, my cycle date has changed and it has a processing date of 2/28/22. What does that mean?

I still ain’t updated I’m thinking maybe this year gone be the first year I have problems I can’t even see my transcripts it still says N/A

@Sweet-sunshine my processing date is 2/21/22 & my DDD was yesterday, so maybe that means yours will be deposited next Wednesday? Who knows with this crazy system!

My WMR app updated last night to all 3 bars, & the tpg website says it was sent too, so now I'm just waiting on my a**hole bank to release it!

@nortonkd  congrats!! No updates for me. I’m really praying for Saturday… my record of acct transcript still says n/a. I hope they don’t play with me this year. Lol

Mine is the same way smh but I filed the ppp loan so I pray that don’t hold up my taxes but I read we didn’t have to report it if it was forgiven so hopefully everything gets updated for me tomorrow or Saturday 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@ddenese80 @drj311 y'all, it's seriously a runaround. All the time refreshing your app, etc. The Santa Barbara bank website said the deposit was posted 2/8 & it still hasn't hit my bank. The waiting game...
